The team uses several tools to manage a training event; they work on client's virtual training room application which is a highly efficient collaboration tool developed by the client - having capability to support a large number of remote learners. The tool has features like application sharing, group chat, private chat, surveys, feedback options, written questions tool etc. LIQVID's team efficiently works to seamlessly bridge the gap between face-to-face training and virtual training by providing a focused and personalized support for each and every learner and promptly provides them logistical and technical support as well. The team handles a large base of subject matter experts (SME) across a host of subjects, live chat and appointment based e-tutoring and learning processes like email query management. LIQVID is currently providing these services to a US based client in both forms - synchronous as well as asynchronous web based e-tutoring services. The eTutoring platform provided by the client allows for asynchronous and synchronous communication through a variety of tools. Our team is managing & using the client's feature-rich synchronous communication system that allows for chat, whiteboard, application & file sharing, audio & video, and much more. The asynchronous tools include an online Evaluation Exercise Queue where students can submit new questions and review their previous postings; an Online Assignment Lab where students request help with written assignments by submitting their work along with a questionnaire about what areas need addressing (all correspondence is archived, including a document revision history); and an Resource Center where students & tutors review an extensive resource library that is full of links, tips, and techniques for improved writing skills.
