Sushma Rajagopalan

Sushma has been a business executive with over 20 years of management experience in the IT, software, and investment banking industries. She has served as CEO of a startup from Carnegie Mellon University and Vice President of Global Consulting and Global Learning at RedHat, a $90 million (annual revenue) developer of Linux and open source solutions for Internet infrastructure. Previously, she served in various executive positions, including managing the operations of Mastech Corporation, a $600 million IT professional services company with 6,000 employees worldwide. She also has extensive experience in M&A and other strategic areas. She holds an MA in Personnel Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in India and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University with a focus in entrepreneurship and strategy. She is also a Certified M&A Advisor from Association of M&A Advisors.

Norman B. Buckberry

A senior people and function manager, with 18 years management experience, recognised for leading training, certification and support services, and with a proven track record of European-level integration of technical functions into commercial organisations. He has worked with Autodesk Inc, Novell UK & IBM UK Ltd. Among his affiliations are: Fellow of the Institute of IT Training (IITT) - Training Providers Executive Forum. Chairman of the European Computer Education Management Association (CEdMA).

Nige Howarth

A senior sales and marketing executive with over 30 years international experience in the IT and Technology based Training markets. Having worked with NetG for about 20 years, Nige has held a number of senior management positions with responsibility for Global and International Marketing, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Product planning & development, technology Services and Product Localizations & Operations.
